Years 7-9
Wednesdays | 3:45 - 5:15
Each session runs for 1.5 hours, allowing time for meaningful conversation, reflection, creativity, and connection — without rushing. We keep group sizes small (a maximum of 12 participants) to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone can feel seen and heard.
All materials are included, including a beautifully designed Confidence Era journal that students use each week to explore, reflect, and track their growth. They’ll also receive creative supplies, weekly take-home challenges, and access to special guest speakers throughout the program.
$180 for the full 10-week program. Payment options available if needed.
-
Students explore who they are through creativity, reflection, and conversation. They begin identifying their strengths, preferences, and what confidence means to them personally.
-
This week helps students uncover their core values — the things that guide how they act and feel proud of themselves. They reflect on role models, beliefs, and what they want to stand for.
-
Students learn how to recognise their boundaries, listen to their body’s signals, and find safe, respectful ways to speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
-
This session is all about communication and self-expression. Students explore when to speak up, how to advocate for themselves, and how to use their voice with confidence and clarity.
-
We look at what real friendship feels like and how to handle tricky social situations. Students explore trust, support, and how to stay true to themselves around others.
Weekly focus Points
-
A powerful week focused on body boundaries, consent, and feeling strong in personal decision-making. Students define their own comfort zones and learn how to communicate them.
-
This session unpacks the impact of social media on self-image. Students reflect on online vs real-life confidence, comparison culture, and how to protect their self-esteem online.
-
We shift focus inward to explore how students speak to themselves. They identify patterns in their self-talk and build strategies to be kinder, more encouraging, and self-affirming.
-
Students explore what it means to accept themselves fully and ask for help when needed. They identify their “support squad” and what it means to be real, weird, and proud of it.
-
A full-circle moment — students look back on their growth, reflect on how their confidence has changed, and celebrate what they’ve learned and who they’ve become.
