Sarah

Founder & Director

Sarah is the founder of Solasta Studio (formerly Solasta Performing Arts), which she launched in 2022 with the goal of helping young people grow in both creativity and confidence. A lifelong performer with a love for all forms of art, Sarah is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where children feel free to express themselves and build self-belief.

Since starting Solasta, Sarah has taught over 80 students across drama and dance. Her students — along with Sarah herself — have performed at a wide range of community events, including Narrabri’s Heart of Art, Stars of Narrabri Dance for Cancer, the NarraBRIGHT Festival, local talent shows, and Solasta’s annual end-of-year showcases.

Sarah is currently studying Community Welfare and Wellbeing through the University of New England and is passionate about integrating her knowledge into Solasta’s evolving programs. Through the studio’s recent rebrand, Sarah has expanded Solasta to include a focus on creative confidence and wellbeing — supporting not just performance skills, but the emotional and social growth of every student.

Lauren

Singing Teacher

Lauren joined Solasta Performing Arts in early 2024, bringing with her over a decade of vocal training and performance experience. She has studied under a range of singing teachers, including classically trained musical theatre and opera professionals, with a strong focus on vocal strength, technique, and vocal health.

Lauren has performed in a variety of productions, from Narrabri’s MADD Night and CAPERS in Tamworth, to large-scale performances in Newcastle such as Starstruck and several major musicals. Since finishing school in 2022, she has continued to pursue her love of performance while also developing strong teaching skills through her work with young people.

Her warm and encouraging nature makes her a favourite among students, and she is passionate about helping each singer find their voice and build confidence through performance.
Her talent and heart have made her a truly valued part of the Solasta team.

Paige

Paige is the newest member of the Solasta Studio team, joining us in 2025 with over 16 years of dance experience and a passion for creating fun, empowering spaces for young people to grow. With a background in jazz, contemporary, ballet, modern, and tap, Paige brings a well-rounded skill set to every class she teaches.

She began teaching at just 12 years old and has developed strong experience in choreography, performance, and competition work. Paige is also launching her own dance studio, Evolution Dance Studio, and is passionate about helping students build both confidence and technique through movement.

At Solasta, Paige leads our weekly Tap class for Years 2–6. Her calm, encouraging presence and love of rhythm-based styles make her a perfect fit for our team — and we’re so lucky to have her!
